Pole dance Lessons
For All Levels
Beginner
Classes most suited to our beginners are Monday at 17:15 and Wednesday at 17:45 and 20:00. Our classes run for one hour and involves a warm up, conditioning, and suitable moves incorporated into a routine.
Intermediate
Our intermediate classes are on Mondays at 18:20 and Wednesdays at 18:50. Intermediate students may also attend the 17:15 improver class on a Monday and 18:50 improvers class on a Wednesday.
Advanced
Our classes most suited to our advanced students are on Mondays at 18:20 and Wednesdays at 18:50, but students will also be welcomed at the improver classes on both Mondays and Wednesdays.

Leah founded Daysies Pole Fitness in May 2022 however she has been teaching Pole Fitness for over 6 years. Leah has certifications as a Spin City beginner, intermediate and advanced pole instructor and is also a Pole Dance Community approved instructor.
Since founding Daysies Pole Fitness, Leah’s passion for teaching has only grown. Her dedication to her students creates an educational, safe and exciting environment for all who attend classes. Her lessons are adaptive to suit each student depending on their confidence and pole ability so students will be guaranteed to make progress without concern for levels of experience.
