Pole dance Lessons
For All Levels
Beginner
Beginners classes involve learning the basics of pole fitness. This involves different types of spins and grips as well as climbs, seats and laybacks. These moves are put together to create dance routines and combinations.
Intermediate
Intermediate classes involve building on what has already been taught in beginner classes as well as learning how to invert and perform basic inverted positions whilst putting these into a combination or routine, along with other more complex positions.
Advanced
Advanced lessons involve learning spins, grips and positions that are more technical and require a higher level of experience than those of an intermediate level. Combinations and dance routines are then put together using these skills.
